Shipping & Returns
Shipping Items that are in stock can be shipped out within 2 business days. Some items will need
to be made and may take up to 14 days before we can ship. We will give you a shipping date when you order. If you are having trouble using the website
or would rather transact the purchase over the telephone, please call us at the boutique at 508.799.0724.
Our Standard 14-Day Return Policy All items must be returned in excellent condition within 14 days of receiving them (unless
special arrangements have been made with us) for a full refund (minus shipping and handling). There are no
returns on items that are custom made and no refunds on items that are returned damaged in any way.
Our Special 10-Day Return Policy Due to the request by the designers themselves, we sometimes offer an abbreviated 10-Day Return Policy. This policy can apply to certain
pieces that are custom-made on order. If an item falls into this category, it must be returned in excellent condition within 10 days of receiving it (unless
special arrangements have been made with us) for a full refund (minus shipping and handling). There are no
returns on items that are returned damaged in any way.
